Dr. Seema Anand Ladhe completed her PhD in Computer Engineering from NMIMS University in April 2016.  She   completed her M.E. in Computer Engineering from University of Mumbai and B.E. in Computer Engineering from North Maharashtra University.  Her area of specialization is Computer Network: Traffic Engineering and Quality of Service. Her experience in academic field is 22+ years. She is working as Professor in Information Technology Department, VPPCOE&VA. She is having more than 20 publications which include various conferences like IEEE, Springer’s Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) etc and international journals.  She is Approved Guide for PG students in Mumbai University. She acted as subject Convener for syllabus setting of Master Engineering Program (PG) in ME-Information Technology in Mumbai University. She also acted as resource person in Faculty Orientation Program for various subjects of Information Technology in Mumbai University.
