It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Mechatronics Engineering Department. As a rapidly emerging interdisciplinary field, Mechatronics Engineering plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of intelligent systems, smart automation, and advanced manufacturing. Our department is committed to providing a transformative learning experience that prepares students to excel in this dynamic and innovation-driven domain. Established in 2023, the department integrates the core strengths of mechanical engineering, electronics, robotics, computer programming, and intelligent control. Our academic framework is designed to foster strong theoretical foundations, hands-on skills, analytical thinking, and professional ethics. We follow an outcome-based education (OBE) approach that aligns with national accreditation standards and industry expectations. Our state-of-the-art laboratories—including the Additive manufacturing Lab, Automotive system Lab, Sensors and Instrumentation Lab, Analog–Digital Electronics Lab, and modern Computer Labs—provide students with immersive exposure to advanced tools and technologies. These facilities, combined with our Center of Excellence initiatives, ensure that students are industry-ready and equipped to address real-world engineering challenges. Our department is strengthened by a team of dedicated, highly qualified, and research-driven faculty members who mentor students in both academic and extracurricular pursuits. We encourage active participation through student clubs such as Go-Kart and ISHRAE, Robotics etc, fostering innovation, teamwork, and technical excellence.We take pride in cultivating an environment that inspires learning, creativity, and lifelong professional growth.
